Need to reinstall my OS, so I hastilly save what has to be saved and clean what should be cleaned up. Including arts from God-knows-when.
Those were the days. I spent weeks on a single work, and I enjoyed that! Now I spend... 2-3 hours at maximum, and, truth be told, I don't even remember when I did that for the last time, usually it's an hour or less...
The first five... well, let's say fifteen minutes are what I enjoy the most. Then there are ten~ more minutes when I'm desperately trying to make the work look less messy... not that I nesessarily succeed in that, though XD. And then I think: oh, that's enough, and go to PicMonkey to add textures... But the art is still mostly unfinished! And I have no desire to continue working on it.
Yes, there's a definite progress in terms of speed, but I guess it's proportional to a lack of interest somehow. And that kinda pains me.
(P.S.; Have you ever seen someone who starts where he should start - at the beginning? Well, I haven't, and it's not about me either: not only am I aiming to make a perfect artwork, I'm also trying to make something perfect - right here, right now XD.)
